Our Story

RICH Juice Bar was born out of a deep commitment to the young people we serve. As youth began aging out of the RICH Program, we saw both a challenge and an opportunity—to create a space where they could continue to grow, earn, and thrive. What started as an idea quickly became a purpose-driven business rooted in love, community, and possibility.

The Juice Bar is more than a place to grab a smoothie—it is a hands-on workforce development hub.

Here, young people gain real-world job experience, build confidence, and develop critical skills in customer service, teamwork, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. At the same time, they earn income, helping them take steps toward financial independence.

Grounded in the values of health and wellness, RICH Juice Bar also promotes nutritious living by offering fresh, accessible options to the community. Every drink served represents not just nourishment for the body, but an investment in the future of our youth.

At its core, RICH Juice Bar is about creating pathways—where opportunity, purpose, and community come together to empower the next generation.
